The current available social platforms for instant information exchanges such as messenger platforms lack admin monitoring as single user can spam the entire conversation,and relevant discussion can go under the haystack of thousands of irrelevant posts. Furthermore, the online internet web community forums are too cluttered to extract specific information as they are not specially catered to students' learning requirements.
Whereas in the regular schools, students are always on the run from classes to classes, or to library, cafeterias or to bus. They never find adequate time and platform to discuss and study in collaborative manner.
I developed “PeerMeets” web based Mobile app with a vision to build a student-centric platform for peer-to-peer learning and allowing information and resource exchanges among student peers, without incurring upon app users any fees for learning or sharing.
